These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your relationship with the SleepCove iOS application ("Service", "App") operated by luyaolab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

SleepCove is a sleep-focused white noise and sleep sounds app designed to help users create a calmer bedtime environment. The Service provides features such as sleep sound playback, white noise and nature sounds, personal audio import and recording, sound scene customization, and optional timers or all-night playback.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. All rights to the Service remain with us.

Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases

SleepCove may offer subscription-based and one-time purchase options to unlock premium features:

• Subscriptions: Monthly and annual subscriptions may be available. Payment is processed through your Apple ID, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change at Apple’s discretion. Refunds are handled by Apple, and you can request a refund via Apple Support.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase option may be available for lifetime access to premium features. This is a non-consumable purchase and is linked to your Apple ID.

Usage Rules

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
• Misuse the Service in a way that could harm the Service, our systems, or other users.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SleepCove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health or sleep, please consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
