This policy applies to Wrist Piano, provided by ZHENGZHOU CREATION INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (LuyaoLab). Wrist Piano provides offline music features on Apple Watch and, in versions that include the companion app, library browsing, score imports and previews on iPhone. It does not require an account.
The app does not send your scores, motion data or performance records to the developer or developer servers. It has no advertising, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking. Optional iCloud sync uses your private CloudKit database under your Apple Account. The app does not use the microphone, camera, location or HealthKit.
With your permission, the app uses Apple Core Motion to read acceleration and rotation on the watch, detect movement reaching the wrist and play the next preset note. Raw motion samples are processed in device memory in real time. They are not saved, uploaded or used to identify you. The app cannot identify individual fingers.
You can revoke Motion & Fitness permission in system settings and continue playing by tapping the screen. The location of permission controls may vary by system version.
Preferences such as sensitivity and the latest 20 performance records are stored locally on your watch. Records contain the melody, date, notes and trigger timing. They are not microphone audio recordings and do not contain raw motion samples. Swipe left on a take in History to delete it. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
Your library is stored locally. When iCloud sync is enabled, imported scores (notes, titles and tempo), favorites and pins are saved in your private iCloud. Reinstalling with the same Apple Account restores successfully synced data. Offline or failed uploads are not protected until sync succeeds. Deletions also sync. Turning sync off keeps existing copies. Apple handles iCloud under its privacy policy; you can manage stored app data in iCloud settings.
WatchConnectivity sends the library from iPhone to your paired Watch. Sensitivity and the latest 20 performances remain on your Watch. Original score images, audio and raw motion samples are not uploaded to iCloud. Performance records contain melody, date, notes and timing; swipe left in History to delete one. Uninstalling removes local data.
Wrist Piano is a one-time paid download with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple handles purchases, payment records and refunds under its own policies. We do not receive your payment card details. Data processed independently by Apple is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
